About Grenada

Grenada, known as the ‘Isle of Spice,’ is one of the most magnificent islands in the West Indies. Unspoilt and exotic, it astounds visitors with its wildly jagged mountain peaks, hidden coves, spice plantations, and lush verdant rainforests. Its beaches are idyllic, with white or golden sand, palm trees, and the delicate aroma of the island’s native spices.
In addition to its scenery, Grenada offers culture, fun, and friendliness typical of the authentic Caribbean life – making Grenada the perfect place in which to live, work and play.

Grenada Citizenship

The Grenadian citizenship program is the best entry route to obtaining a second passport either through a $150,000 government donation or $220,000 property investment.
Grenada is the only Caribbean country which holds the coveted E-2 visa treaty with the US, allowing citizens to apply for a non-immigrant visa and reside there. This is an incredible opportunity as many countries such as China, Russia, India and countries of the Gulf region do not have an E-2 treaty with the US, you can obtain your citizenship of Grenada first then apply for USA E2 Visa.
When applying for this program, children and parents, as well as unmarried siblings, can be included under one application.

National Transformation Fund (NTF)

The National Transformation Fund (NTF) was established in 2013 as a means of transforming Grenada’s economy into one that is ever more prosperous and independent. The NTF finances various projects in Grenada for the benefit of its many industries, including Toursism, agriculture, and alternative energy. Having made a donation to the NTF, investors are left with a true sense of having contributed to their new nation’s wellbeing.
Applicants opting for the NTF route must contribute at least USD 150,000 to the Fund. The following chart highlights the costs and fees associated with this route.

Approved Projects (Real Estate) in Grenada

One of the options available to applicants seeking to obtain citizenship by investment in Grenada is to invest in a Government-approved project. Currently, these projects encompass real estate developments such as hotels, villas, and resorts. Because of the growth of the Toursism industry, there is rising demand for Toursist housing facilities. Real estate developments are thus fantastic opportunities for investors looking for high returns.
Applicants opting for the approved project (real estate) route must invest at least USD 220,000. They must keep the real estate for at least five (5) years following the grant of citizenship. The following chart highlights the costs and fees associated with this route.

Real estate

The minimum price for approved real estate developments are set by the Government of Grenada and factor in the value of the citizenship. For years the minimum threshold was $350,000. In 2019, the Government introduced a second, cheaper real estate option priced at $220,000. The new price-point is specifically for Toursism accom- modation projects and allows two or more individuals to purchase a fractional interest in an investment unit. Most projects approved for the $220,000 price point offer fractional freehold or fractional leasehold interest, or a share in the company that owns the development. Projects priced at the $350,000 or greater price-point, need not be in the Toursism accommodation sector, and provide a full freehold interest to investors.
